This is a new recipe I just tried and I love it! If you are a fan of bananas you will love this, I enjoy bananas but I'm not a fan yet I really do enjoy this. You can use skim milk and replace the ice cream with yogurt for fewer calories. Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
2 bananas, cut in pieces |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Enjoy! |
