Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup skim milk
10 large ice cubes
Directions:
1. Put bananas and skim milk into blender.
2. Blend for a couple seconds.
3. Add five ice cubes.
4. Blend until ice cubes have been chopped up a little.
5. Add the rest of the ice cubes.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Serve.
