An usual dessert for banana lovers. Super easy to make! Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
6 bananas (sliced lengthwise) |
1 cup crushed peanuts or 1 cup pecans |
1 cup sugar |
1 1/2 cups milk |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 egg |
1 dash salt |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cook sugar, flour, egg, and milk until thickened. 2. Add salt and vinegar, stir and let cool. 3. In serving dish, alternate layers of banana's, dressing, and nuts. 4. Repeat. 5. Chill until ready to serve. |
