This has lots of good for you stuff, with some peanut butter for protein and optional nutritional yeast. Ingredients:
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt (or vanilla yogurt can be subbed) |
1/2 cup apple juice |
1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter |
1 banana, cut up |
1 cup frozen raspberries |
1 -2 teaspoon honey |
1 -2 teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional) |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. 2. Add ice cubes to your “taste” to make it thicker. |
