This cake is good for year round. Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour |
2 cups white sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cups diced bananas |
1 cup corn oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
3 eggs |
1 cup raisins |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Measure flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, and salt, and sift together. 2. Dice bananas and add to dry ingredients with oil ,vanilla, eggs, raisins, water, and nuts. Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 1/2 hour or until done. Cool on rack before removing. |
