Great way to use ripe banana's Ingredients:
1 brick cream cheese -room temp. |
1 ripe banana |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
6 tortilla's |
4 tbls butter |
ice cream |
carmel syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix Cream Cheese, Banana & Powdered Sugar in a Food Processor 2. Spread on 1/2 of Tortilla shells and fold the other half over. 3. Place filled Tortilla's in refriderator for 30 minutes to set filling. 4. Melt Butter in a skillet, fry Tortilla's until golden brown. 5. Cut each tortilla into 3 wedges. 6. Serve with Ice Cream, topped with Carmel. |
