Banana bread meets Pumpkin Pie for breakfast Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 cup kashi cereal |
1/2 cup mashed banana |
1/2 canned pumpkin |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons sugar substitute |
1 cup water or 1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Bring water/milk to boil. 2. Add oats, cook 2 minutes. 3. Add banana and pumpkin, cook addition 1-2 minutes. 4. Season to taste with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sugar. 5. Stir in Kashi Cereal. |
