3 cups oatmeal |
3 bananas |
15 oz canned pumpkin |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup 1% milk |
1/8 cup wheat germ |
1/8 cup flaxseed |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas 2. Add eggs, milk, & pumpkin 3. Add sugar, flour, wheatgerm & flaxseed 4. Add oatmeal 1 cup at a time 5. Spread into 9X11 pan (spray with pam) 6. Bake 40 minutes at 350 dergrees |
