Banana pudding Serves 25 to 30 Ingredients:
50 grams (40 cookies nilla wafers/pepperidge farm chessman or girl scout short bread cookies) |
8 bananas |
3 2/5 ounce (box of instant french vanilla pudding) |
2 cups milk |
8 ounce cream cheese, softened |
14 ounce sweetened condensed milk |
12 ounce frozen whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish w/16 to 20 cookies; set aside. 2. In large bowl, make French vanilla pudding (follow directions on the box); set aside. 3. In another large bowl, use electric mixer to combine cheese, condensed milk until smooth. 4. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. 5. Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding; mix about 5 seconds w/electric mixer. 6. Layer bananas on top of cookies. 7. Pour mixture over cookies and bananas. 8. Top w/remaining cookies. 9. Serve. |
