Here's a muffin recipe for a single serving using protein powder that I love to eat to pump me and fill me up before or after a good workout! I calculate this muffin to be 240 calories and 138 grams. (1 scoop protein powder being at 110 calories) Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder |
1/4 cup oats |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
2 tablespoons egg substitute |
2 g stevia |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 ounces bananas |
Directions:
1. Smash banana. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Pour into jumbo muffin tin. 4. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
