Banana Pineapple Cashew Nut Bread Ingredients:
2 bananas |
4 ounces crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup crushed cashews |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Oil or spray 8x8 baking pan. 3. Combine all dry ingredients then stir in nuts. 4. In food processor or mixer, combine all wet ingredients. 5. Add wet to dry. 6. Put batter in pan into oven 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. |
