2 cups plain fat-free yogurt |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained |
1 banana, ripe |
8 (1 g) packets sugar substitute |
1 cup ice cube |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
fresh pineapple slice, for garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender. 2. Cover; blend until smooth. 3. Pour into 4 serving glasses. 4. Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired. |
