My favorite breakfast smoothie. So delish and will keep you full until lunch. I got it from the Prevention site a few years back.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons flax seed oil
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
Directions:
1. Pop everything in the blender and blend away!
2. Bottoms up.
