Tasty vegan loaf or muffins Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
3 ripe bananas |
1/2 peanut butter |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
3/4 cup oil |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. 2. Mash the bananas with a fork. 3. Add the bananas, oil, vinegar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture. 4. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees for loaf. Bake 20-30 minutes for muffins. |
