This is an easy snack or breakfast that I created to fulfill my constant cravings for peanut butter and banana. I tried to make it a little healthier by using low-fat peanut butter and Fiber 1 cereal.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon reduced-fat peanut butter
1 banana
1/4 cup fiber one cereal
Directions:
1. Slice up the banana.
2. Toss in Fiber 1 cereal.
3. Add a scoop of peanut butter to the side for dipping or mixing.
