Fresh peaches, bananas, milk, and frozen yogurt make this smooth, creamy, fruity shake a summertime favorite for little kids and big kids alike. Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat-free milk |
2/3 cup sliced ripe banana |
1/2 cup peeled, sliced fresh peach |
1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. 2. Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Serve immediately. |
