Cultured dairy products - such as buttermilk and yogurt - are good for maintaining a healthy digestive tract. Ingredients:
2 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen |
2 cups frozen peaches |
1 cup fat-free buttermilk |
1/4 cup fresh orange juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
