Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
200 g low-fat sugar-free peach mango yogurt
2 small bananas
1 tablespoon honey
2 passion fruit
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
1. combine the milk, yoghurt, banana and honey and passionfruit in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick.
2. Pour into a long serving glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
