1 cup skim milk |
200 g low-fat sugar-free peach mango yogurt |
2 small bananas |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 passion fruit |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. combine the milk, yoghurt, banana and honey and passionfruit in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick. 2. Pour into a long serving glass and sprinkle with nutmeg. |
