Easy fruit salad from an old Betty Crocker cookbook, Family Dinners in a Hurry.
Ingredients:
1 large banana
1 pound can sliced peaches, chilled in refrigerator, undrained
1/4 cup flaked coconut (more if desired)
Directions:
1. Slice banana into diagonal slices.
2. Divide banana slices among 4 serving dishes.
3. Dividing the peach slices among the dishes, top bananas with peach slices.
4. Spoon small amount of juice or syrup from the peaches over each fruit dish.
5. Top each dish with 1 tablespoon of flaked coconut.
