I love making unique pancakes. These are so good you don't even need syrup. If you do, use the sugar free kind. That way it won't take away from the taste. Ingredients:
2 cups original bisquick® mix |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
2 bananas |
2 small handfuls of dark chocolate almonds (the kind with powdered chocolate, not regular chocolate) |
cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Stir Bisquick, milk, and eggs until blended in glass bowl 2. Chop bananas into small cubes 3. Crush Almonds into small chunks (cleanest way is to put almonds in ziplock bag and crush) 4. Slowly add to pancake mixture 5. Sprinkle cinnamon twice over surface of mixture and stir. 6. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle or skillet 7. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. 8. Enjoy |
