Banana Pancakes

Had some banana , thought of making some hope u enjoy too !!!!!!! This is my way of pancakes u can always modify according to your preferences :-)
Ingredients:
1 small tea cup of plain flour
2 mashed ripe banana
1 tbsp of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 egg
a pinch of cinnamon powder
1 tsp of cardamon powder
a pinch of salt
clarified butter to fry or butter knobs to fry
Directions:
1. In a bowl mash the bananas and add egg mix well then add flour / cinnamon/ salt /sugar/ and cardamon powder mix them till a thick batter is form then add milk to this and mix till u find the right consistency and there are no lumps in the batter
2. In a non stick pan add 1 tsp of clarified butter and pour in the batter ... cook on medium to slow flame so that pancakes dont burn cook for 2-4 mins on one side and then flip to cook another side ....repeat the same with rest of the batter
3. Ready to serve !!!
4. Serve with honey or fresh cream as per one's choice :-P

6. Tip :-
7. U can add some barcardi rum to the batter if u like but only if u dont serve to children
8. Instead of cardamon powder u can alway use vanilla essences .... its upto u....
