These are a great breakfast treat. You can substitute the banana for any other fruit. If you use grated apple instead of banana, try a drop of almond essence- it works really well! Ingredients:
1 mushed banana |
1 cup flour |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup of milk or water |
1tsp cinamon (or all spice) |
oil for cooking |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl whisk up all the ingredients until you have a sloppy batter. 2. Heat the oil in a small skillet (mine is 20cm diameter) 3. Ladle the mixture into the pan and spread the mixture around using the ladle or spatula. 4. Cook both sides until they're golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, cinamon and yoghurt. |
