A recipe from a Coconut Milk container. Different but very Yummy.
Ingredients:
500 g bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
100 g flour
62 1/2 g brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
280 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Beat well to remove any lumps.
3. Heat small amount of oil in frying pan.
4. Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
