A recipe from a Coconut Milk container. Different but very Yummy. Ingredients:
500 g bananas, mashed |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
100 g flour |
62 1/2 g brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
280 ml coconut milk |
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Beat well to remove any lumps. 3. Heat small amount of oil in frying pan. 4. Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides. |
