I prepared this muffin to use my over ripen bananas and it turned so well I thought to share it with my foodies. I enjoyed the muffins with cinnamon touched honey. Tasted awsome! Ingredients:
butter or margarine softened- 1/2 cup |
sugar- 1 cup |
eggs- 2 |
self raising flour – 2 cup |
baking soda- 1/2 tsp |
baking powder- 1/4 tsp |
cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp |
banana – fully ripen – 2 ( large) |
orange peel powder – 1/2 tsp |
raisin & other dry fruit of your choice – 1/2 cup. |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 c 2. In a mixing bowl butter and sugar is combined properly. 3. Eggs are beaten separately and added separately to the butter and sugar mixture and thoroughly mixed( each time its added) 4. In a separate bowl bananas are meshed and added to the above mixture. 5. In a wide bowl sift flour and baking soda and baking powder and orange peel powder , cinnamon powder. 6. Banana mixture is added slowly to this bowl until its moistened. 7. Add the dry fruit chopped. 8. Grease the muffin pans and put this mixture up to 3/4 th full. 9. Bake at 180 c for 20 min 10. Let it cool for 5 min. 11. Yummy banana muffin is ready to serve! |
