Ingredients:
2 medium bananas |
6 ounces orange juice, frozen concentrate unsweetened |
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup yogurt, low-fat |
Directions:
1. Peel and slice bananas. 2. Put into a blender or food processor. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Cover and blend until foamy. 5. Pour into small paper cups and freeze. 6. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup. |
