Great for breakfast or snack. Ingredients:
2 medium banana |
1 cup yogurt |
1 cup fat-free milk |
1 cup orange juice |
1 tsp honey |
Directions:
1. Cut banana and add to blender. 2. Add orange yogurt, juice, milk, and honey. 3. Blend for 1-2 min. 4. Serve (2 glasses) |
