1 cup flour |
1 cup oatmeal, large flake |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 dash nutmeg |
1 1/2 cups buttermilk |
2 eggs |
2 bananas, sliced |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. 2. Whisk buttermilk and eggs together in a separate bowl. 3. Stir buttermilk into flour mixture. Stir in bananas and melted butter. 4. Bake waffles in a waffle iron. |
