A healthy smoothie and a quick breakfast. Sounds kind of gross but tastes really good! Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1 cup orange juice |
1 medium banana, coarsely chopped |
1 (36 g) package quick-cooking oatmeal |
3 -4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. |
