modified version of Protein pancake recipe
Ingredients:
17 grams oatmeal
1/2 banana (mashed)
2 egg whites
1 tsp canola oil
Directions:
1. Mix oatmeal, banana and egg white. Mixture will be very lumpy
2. Fry in 1 tsp hot canola oil in a non-stick pan for 3 min on each side
3. Top with sugar-free syrup
