Tasty little cookies. I've reduced the sugar, so they aren't as sweet as they originally were and used applesauce instead of butter. But they are great with a cup of coffee and filling. A serving is 2 cookies. Ingredients:
1 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
3/4 cup applesauce |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
3 small bananas |
1 3/4 cups quick-cooking oats |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Drop by tablespoonful on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. |
