1/4 c oats |
1/2 c nonfat plain yogurt |
1/2 c milk |
1 banana, peeled and broken into a few pieces |
2 tbsp honey |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy immediately. |
