For regular size muffins, bake for 20 minutes. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups flour |
3/4 cup oats |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 tsp baking powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 cup 2% milk |
1/4 cup oil |
2 1/2 medium bananas, mashed |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin cups. Do not use paper baking cups. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. 3. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl. 4. Pour wet ingredients into center well of large bowl. Mix together for about 50 strokes. 5. Place batter into each cup. 6. Bake for 12 minutes. |
