Banana Oat Choco Chip Pancakes

Cut from a magazine years ago, and adapted to be slightly healthier
Ingredients:
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup mashed ripe banana
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup mini chocolate chip
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Blend wet ingredients in a blender.
3. Stir wet ingredients into dry, just until moistened.
4. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Pour batter in 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
6. Turn when bubbles form on top.
7. Cook until second side is golden brown.
