Banana Nut Pudding Cream Cheesecake |

Love bananas? Love nuts? Love cheesecake? Grab a fork and join me for a wonderful dessert sure to please all. Ingredients:
1 stick oleo |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons granulated sugar |
1/2 cup pecans |
12 ounces cream cheese softened |
2/3 cup powdered sugar |
6 ounces non dairy whipped topping |
2 small packages banana instant pudding |
3 cups milk |
2 cups non dairy whipped topping |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Make a crust of oleo, flour, sugar and crushed pecans. 2. Bake 15 minutes then cool completely. 3. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar well then fold in non dairy whipped topping. 4. Spread mixture on the crust then mix pudding with milk and spread on cheese mixture. 5. Cover with non dairy whipped topping, nuts and coconut. |
