Nice & easy cake to make for a breakfast treat or coffee break treat! Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box butter recipe cake mix |
1 (3 ounce) box banana cream instant pudding |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup water |
4 eggs |
1/2 tablespoon rum extract |
1 tablespoon banana extract |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 cup pecans, chopped (optional) |
1/2 cup brown sugar, light |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon milk, hot |
1/2 teaspoon banana extract |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Beat cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil 8 minutes at medium speed. 3. Add extracts 4. Pour mixture in buttered 9 x 13 pan. 5. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans if desired. 6. Swirl knife through. 7. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. 8. Drizzle with the topping following after removing from oven. |
