Resistant starch: 3 grams Ingredients:
4 (6-inch) whole wheat wraps |
1/2 cup chunky natural-style peanut butter |
2 large bananas, sliced |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter on bottom third of each wrap, leaving 2-inch border on each side. 2. Top each wrap with 1/2 sliced banana and about 2 teaspoons honey. 3. Roll up wrap, slice in half, and serve immediately. |
