From TOH Quick Cooking mag. Ingredients:
2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages corn muffin mix |
1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium) |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients just until blended. 2. Spoon into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. 3. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. |
