8 oz fat free yogurt (banana flavored) |
4 egg whites |

2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
4 cups oats (grounded)(or fiber one cereal) |
4 large bananas (very ripe, mashed) |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1 tsp cinnamon |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
1 tsp nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Mash bananas in large bowl 3. Chop walnuts 4. Place Fiber One cereal in a ziplock back and crush to dust. (you can leave bigger pieces if you like the crunch) 5. Mix all ingredients in large bowl 6. Spray and flour a bread tin 7. Place in center of oven and bake for approx. 25-35 minutes 8. Allow to cool 9. Cut into approx. 1 slices |
