This recipe came from my niece, Yvonne Robnett Idol back in 1982. She was in school at the time. She was always bringing home her creations from Home Ec. This is a very simple and tasty bread. Yvonne passed away Dec. 8th, 2006. She is the daughter of Carrie aka Happy Hippie. (I typed this recipe exactly how she wrote it. I'm sure you can make it out.)(PLEASE DO NOT CORRECT!)
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tea baking soda
1 tea salt
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
2. Add 2 mashed bananas, oil, eggs, walnuts; mix well.
3. Stir untell blinded. Pour into greased and flour loaf pan.
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
