This recipe is easy to make and taste delicious. Ingredients:
1/2 cup crisco |
2 eggs |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup banana, mashed |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly. 2. Add eggs and bananas and mix well. 3. Combine flour, baking soda and vanilla. Mix well, add nuts. 4. Grease and flour bread tin. 5. Bake 1 hour at 350. 6. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. |
