My friend Caitlin and I made this the other day at her house. It turned out to be very good. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons sour milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup ripe banana, mashed |
1/2 cup nuts |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and butter. 2. Add eggs and beat well. 3. Add bananas, milk, vanilla, dry ingredients, and nuts. 4. Grease and flour 2 bread loaf pans. 5. Pour batter into the 2 bread loaf pans. 6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour. |
