Banana Nut Bread

Never found one better than Mom's! Double the recipe or you'll wish you did. A moist cake like loaf, full of banana flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, ripe & mashed
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and banana pulp and beat well.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients, milk & vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts.
4. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
5. Bake for about 1 hour. Cool well and store overnight before cutting.
