2 cups rolled oats (not instant) |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
2 bananas, mashed |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick spray,. 2. Combine all ingredients. 3. Bake in prepared pan 30-40 min at 350°F Serve hot or cold. |
