A refreshing summer shake. Sugar can be omitted for a healthier shake. Found this recipe in Boy's Life magazine 20 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since. Other fruits can be used for different Nogs . Try strawberries or peaches.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (can use 1 1/2 cups)
1 banana
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
5 -7 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend at slow speed to break up ice.
3. Blend at highest speed for 1 minute.
