A Delicious sweet bread with an intense banana flavor. Health promoting!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 banana
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all ingredients well (make sure banana is extremely ripe for maximum sweetness and mashed).
3. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
