This is by far the best banana muffin recipe I have. I hope you enjoy them too. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 large ripe bananas, mashed (the riper the better) |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 large egg, beaten |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (not the fake stuff) |
1/2 teaspoon honey |
Directions:
1. In lg bowl, mix the 1st 4 ingredients. 2. In a different bowl. Beat sugar, egg, vanilla, honey and butter. 3. Mix in the bananas. 4. Stir into dry mixture just until moistened. 5. Fill LINED muffin tray cups 3/4 full. 6. Bake at 375° for about 20 - 25 minutes. 7. Let them cool on rack and enjoy. |
