Moist muffins and are nice to take for lunches or snacks. Ingredients:
3 large bananas |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 1/2-3 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas in bowl. 2. Add sugar and lightly beaten egg. 3. Add melted butter. 4. Add dry ingredients and mix. 5. Bake at 325 degrees in ungreased muffin tin. |
