Banana muffins low fat - 8 pieces Ingredients:
3/4 cup of plain flour |
1 egg |
1 tsp margarine |
2 medium bananas |
1/2 cup applesauce |
2 tbsp sugar |
1 tbsp splenda |
1 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. mix flour with baking powder 2. beat bananas with egg, applesauce and margarine 3. add sugar and splenda 4. Mix flour with banana mix 5. add vanilla 6. pour into muffin pan 7. bake for 30 mins |
