                                                1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt  |  
                                                3/4 cup fat-free milk  |  
                                                1 medium ripe banana, sliced  |  
                                                1 teaspoon instant coffee granules  |  
                                                1 cup ice cubes (7 to 8)  |
