Ok all you coffee and banana lovers... this one's for you! From TOH Everyday Light Meals cookbook. Ingredients:
1 cup reduced-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla ice cream |
3/4 cup nonfat milk |
1 medium ripe banana, sliced |
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules |
1 cup ice cube (7 to 8) |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until frothy. 2. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. |
